Longevity Athletics Bermuda (LAB) is a boutique Fitness studio that specializes in personal/partner training, cardio kickboxing, and High Intensity Interval Training. We take pride in helping our clients develop custom fitness potions for active and healthy lifestyles.
In the LAB, our goal is to deliver innovative, dynamic, challenging and results-oriented workouts that are fun and help keep you motivated, while you work towards creating the body you always wanted.
MEET YOUR
TRAINER
Lornelle Amory is the founder and owner of LAB. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness Expert, Fitness Nutritionist and Specialist in Senior Fitness and Exercise Therapy. Realizing that there is not a one-size-fits-all solution to fitness, Lornelle founded LAB with the purpose of providing workout programs that are tailored to an individual’s need and personal wellness goals. In the LAB, clients create their own fitness potion for a happy, healthy lifestyle.
Lornelle approaches fitness with enthusiasm and with passion. She is energetic and dynamic, and finds fulfillment in helping others reach their goals and change their lives. She believes helping people become better is her God-given destiny, and she is enjoying every step along the way.
Before embarking on her fitness journey, Lornelle worked in the reinsurance industry. She holds a BBA Degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Personal or Partner Training is a great tool for learning proper form and technique, building confidence, and developing an individualized program that will produce results. Other reasons for training include:
• You are new to exercising and want to learn the basics from an expert.
• You are interested in learning proper form and technique to enhance your fitness journey and prevent injury.
• Working out has become boring and you need a new perspective on fitness.
• Your progress has plateaued and you're seeking expert guidance on how to overcome the current challenge.
• An injury or illness prevented you from working out, and you want to get started again.
• You're looking for a set appointment with a professional helps you exercise on a regular basis.
Training at LAB will take you beyond the normal fitness routine. Our experienced and certified trainers will assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Each session will take you to a new level in your training program. Whatever your health fitness goals are, we are here to help!

CARDIO
Kickboxing
Cardio Kick classes are a great way to improve muscle tone, lower stress levels and enhanced cardiovascular endurance. After multiple classes, you will likely see improvements in muscle tone (without bulking), lower stress levels, enhanced cardiovascular endurance, improved coordination and self- confidence, core strength, bone and ligament strength, lower body fat percentage and so much more!
Things to Know:

Cardio Kick is an Instructor led class.

All levels of athletes are welcome.

Comfortable clothing and supportive sneakers should be worn.

Gloves/wraps are suggested for maximum wrist support and knuckle protection. If you don’t have gloves or wraps,they are available for use at LAB.

Arrive at least 5 minutes before class.

If you are running late let us know and we’ll be happy to see you up to 10 minutes after the class starts. Sorry, no exceptions. Late arrivals become disruptive to the instructor and other clients.

All classes included dynamic bodyweight exercises, core work and various types of combos.

Feel free to modify anything that is outside of your skill level.

Walk-ins are welcome, however, classes fill up quickly. Booking your class in advanced is highly recommended.

Interval TRAINING

Each session combines a mix of cardio, strength, and functional movements to build muscle, increase agility, and improve cardiovascular health. With energizing music and expert coaching, you’ll stay motivated and leave every class feeling stronger, more accomplished, and ready to take on your next challenge.

- For a class to proceed at least two people have to be in attendance. If NOT, class will be canceled for that particular day and time.
- You must sign in or out no later than 3 hours prior to the start of your class choice.
- If you sign for a class and do NOT attend, you would be charged for that class.
